The United States Airforce is the aerial warfare service branch of the United States Armed Forces which came in existence on 18 September in 1947 with the passing National Security Act 1947.

The United States Airforce is the world's most powerful Airforce with the total number of 13,400+ aircraft, 321,444 active-duty airmen, 141,800 civilian personnel, 69,200 reserve airmen, 105,700 Air National Guard airmen, and budget of $194 billion as per 2019 which is the heights budget of any airforce. There are 52 types of aircraft that are currently active in USAF.
