MMRCA 2.0 stands for Medium Multi-Role Combat Aircraft 2.0. It is the second deal for the selection of medium weight fighter aircraft for Indian Airforce. In this deal, India will buy 126 medium weight fighter aircraft from seven contenders. This deal is so big that this is said The Mother of Defence Deal.

It is manufactured by American Boeing Corporation and found in 1999 and still active in US Airforce. It is available in both single-seat and double seat variants.
3. Gripen E fighter jet
It is manufactured by Swedish company Saab AB. It was rolled out in Swedish Airforce in May 2016. It is available in a single-seat and double-seat variant.
4. Mikoyan Mig-35
It is manufactured by the Russian company Mikoyan and it is also available in single-seat and double seat variants. It upgraded the version of Mig-29 fighter aircraft.
5. Sukhoi Su-35
It is designed by Sukhoi Design Bureau and manufactured by Komsomolsk-on-Amur_Aircraft_Plant. It is also available single-seat and double seat-variant.
6. Rafale
It is manufactured by a French company Dassault Aviation. It is operational in France Airforce since May 2001 and it is available in single-seat and double-seat.
7. Eurofighter Typhoon
It is manufactured by a consortium of Airbus, BAE Systems and Leonardo that conducts the majority of the project through a joint holding company, Eurofighter Jagdflugzeug GmbH formed in 1986. It is available in a single-seat and double-seat variant.
